The Motif document refers to a "PolyML for X Reference". Does it exist?

I've got a DVI file which I believe contains this. It was originally written at AHL and the source has long since disappeared. It would be nice to extract it into something readable (.e.g PDF or even just plain text) but ideally HTML . If anyone can do that please let me know (I can't get dvipdf to work) and I'll mail it or put it on the website. David
